These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to accessing or using the 77pp platform. If you register on or begin using this platform, you will be considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using this platform.

1 General Provisions

77pp is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform provides casino games, sports betting, slot machines, fishing games, and live dealer services. These Terms govern the relationship between 77pp and its users.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on 77pp, you must provide your correct name, email address, phone number, and other required information. 77pp reserves the right to cancel an account if false or misleading information is provided.

3.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all transactions made through your account.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat. 77pp also reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in cases of rule violations.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

4.2 Payment Methods

77pp currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase if identity verification or a security check is required.

4.4 Transaction Verification

77pp reserves the right to verify any transaction. Additional documents may be requested for suspicious or unusual transactions, and processing may be temporarily delayed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

77pp offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This bonus can be received only once and applies to the first deposit only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonus amounts. This means you must wager a total of 20 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus you must wager a total of ৳20,000.

5.3 Bonus Terms

Bonuses are only usable on the 77pp platform.
Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, 77pp reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
Each promotion has its own expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.

5.4 VIP Program

The 77pp VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, the Silver tier up to 1.0%, and the Gold tier up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your regular and active participation on the platform.

6 Game and Betting Rules

6.1 General Rules

All games are operated fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface or the help section. Game outcomes are determined by technology and no 77pp staff member interferes with them.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a technical error or system disruption, 77pp reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wagered amount. Any winnings awarded due to faulty software will be considered void.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

A maximum bet limit is set for each game and market, which is displayed in the game interface. 77pp is not obligated to pay out winnings that exceed these limits.

6.4 Sports Betting

Odds in sports betting may change. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final. If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant stake will be refunded, subject to the applicable rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77pp platform and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
Abusing the bonus system or "bonus hunting".
Any form of fraud, collusion, or gaining unfair advantage.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
Money laundering or conducting transactions with illegal funds.
Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or breach system security.
Managing an account on behalf of a minor.
